How do I change my blog name?
To change your blog name click on Blog Settings in the dropdown menu.
How do I change my username?
To change your username please contact help@onsugar.com.
How do I change my password?
To change the password click on "Edit Profile" and then click on the "Account" tab.
What do I do if I forget my password?
If you need to have your password reset, please contact help@onsugar.com from the email address your username is associated with.
How do I add anonymous comments?
To add anonymous comments, click on Blog Settings in the dropdown menu and check the box near the bottom.
Can I add advertising to my blog?
At this time, you can add advertising on your blog.
What is the Tracker?
The Tracker is an easy way to keep track of the blogs and groups you are following. Learn more about the Tracker.
How do I create a post?
You can create a post by clicking on the "New Post" link in your site dropdown menu. Once there you can choose from 10 different types of posts.
What is "Following"?
Following is the best way to keep track of updates to your favorite sites. When you "follow" a site, that site's updates appear in your Follower Feed, the list on your OnSugar homepage.
You can follow someone’s site by visiting their site and either clicking “Start/Stop following this site” if they've installed the "Follow Me" widget or or by clicking "Follow this Site" at the bottom of their page.
What are Pages?
Pages are additional pages for your website. Some examples of common pages include “About” and “Contact.” Links to these pages appear at the top of your blog page in the Navigation Bar.
To create a new page, click on the “Pages” link in your site dropdown menu. To create a new page, click on one of the available page types. If the page type requires you to fill in more info, you will be prompted to do so on a pop-up window. To view your changes, select "view site" from the site dropdown menu.
Do you offer private blogs?
At this time we do not offer private blogs. However this is something we hope to offer in the future.
