You bet. You can add as many writers and editors as you’d like.
How do I add another writer?
On your site dropdown menu, click on the “Writers” link. Once there, click on the “Invite” tab. To add additional writers fill in the “To” field with email addresses or onSugar usernames. Separate each one with a comma. Next write them a quick message and click “Invite.” Your invitees will have writer access the next time they log in.
What’s the difference between site editors and writers?
Site editors can access and change all the site information. This incudes all posts, site settings, invitations, themes, widgets, pages, scheduling, etc. Site writers can only create, publish, and edit their own posts.
How do I make someone an editor?
Once someone is a writer for your site, you can promote them to editor by clicking the “Promote to Editor” link under their name on the Writers page. Alternatively, you can make an editor a writer by clicking the “Demote to Writer” link.
How do I remove a writer/editor from my site?
To remove a writer or editor from your site, click the “Remove” link under their name on the Writers page.
