What is OnSugar?
OnSugar is a social blogging platform that allows you to start a conversation with the world.
What is the Stream?
The stream allows you to easily see all the activity from sites and people you follow. You can easily see all the posts, as well as make comments, reblog, and like without leaving the page.
What is the comment area?
Each post also shows its comments directly in the stream. To join in on the conversation, just type in a comment and hit enter.
What are the different actions on each post in the stream?
Each post has four options attached to it. They are: Follow, Reblog, Comment, and Like. Follow will subscribe you to that blog. Reblog will allow you to quickly reblog the post to your site. Comment will prompt you to leave a quick comment. Like will tell the owner you like their post.
How do I start a new site?
On the top of the page, there is a drop-down menu next to the logo. Click it to expand and scroll to select the "+ Create New Site" option.
How do I get to my site from the stream?
To get to your site, click on the drop-down menu next to the logo. Click on your site name and wait for the page to load. You are now at your site dashboard. To view your site, click the "View Site" link at the top of the right column.
How do I find sites to follow?
There are several ways to find new sites. You can find them by clicking Discover, searching via the top bar, searching across tags on the left bar, or going to the Sites You Might Like page and recommendations on the right.
What is ShopSense?
ShopSense is a revenue sharing program run by our sister company ShopStyle.com. It allows you to earn money when sending traffic to retailers. Learn more.
What are Social Stats?
Social Stats are tools you can use to measure how well your site is doing compared to others. You can see how you stack up across reach, views, followers, comments, likes, and reblogs.

Where is the navigation bar aka the black bar on top?
The navigation bar has been replaced with a sleeker set of navigation buttons. You can find them on the right-hand side of any OnSugar site.
Where are my blog options?
All of your blog options, which used to be in the black navigation bar, are now available at your site dashboard.
How do I get to my site dashboard?
To get to your site dashboard, either choose your site from the dropdown menu at OnSugar.com or click the dashboard icon when viewing your site.
How do I create a new post?
To create a new post, go to your site, and click the New Post button in the right-hand corner. If you are at OnSugar.com, you can simply click on the New Post button at the top. Alternatively, there is a link on your site dashboard.
How do I change my account settings?
While at OnSugar.com, simply click on the Settings link in the top right-hand corner. You can also click Edit Profile to change your settings.
Where is my News Feed?
The old News Feed has been replaced with a much more interactive Stream. You can easily see all the posts from the sites you're following, as well as make comments, reblog, and like without leaving the page. You can now also sort posts by popularity, comments, likes, reblogs, categories, and more.
How do I logout?
To logout, simply go to OnSugar.com and click on the Logout link in the top right-hand corner.
Where's my inbox?
You can now access your inbox by going to OnSugar.com and clicking on the Inbox link at the top.
How do I follow a site?
You can follow a site by clicking on the Follow button in the top-right hand corner of any OnSugar site.
